Shipping policy

Shipping methods

Goods can be shipped via 7-11, Family, or Post Office. Please note that we only ship to addresses within the main Taiwan island. We don't cover outer islands at the moment. 
Also note that, when shipping via Post office, we do not ship to mail boxes, due to the size of the packages.

Shipping price and free shipping policies

We charge a flat rate of 80 NTD for all shipping methods. However, we regularly offer promotions that waive those shipping charges.

Shipping time and order processing time

After payment confirmation we will take 1 to 3 working days to ship out your order.
Goods will arrive in around 2 to 3 working days.
If orders are placed around Holidays or other peak times arrival might be delayed. Thank you for understanding.

International shipping

At the moment we don't have international shipping. For whole sale inquiries please email us to support@mountainsandsea.com.tw
